You have 30 days from delivery, and yes — you can wear them outside first. A shoe that only survives carpet is not a shoe we want to sell you.

Start a return from your order confirmation email. The prepaid label is free for US orders; refunds land within 5 business days of the pair reaching us.

Exchanges for a different size skip the queue: the replacement pair ships as soon as the courier scans your return.
